When the opportunity to join Beşiktaş arose, she knew it was an opportunity she couldn’t miss. “It was a chance to be part of something truly special,” Carolina says of her decision to move to Istanbul. “Beşiktaş is more than just a club; it’s a family, a community united by passion and loyalty.”

“Football is a demanding sport, both physically and mentally,” Carolina explains. “My job is to ensure the players are always ready to perform at their best. It’s about building trust and understanding their bodies as well as they know their plays.”
